ADVERTISING – Web design & insertion in Algarve property rental websites.

BILL PAYMENT – All bills presented to us such as electricity, telephone, rates are paid by us promptly and debited from your account. This will ensure your services remain connected and we can attend to any necessary requirements with the service provider.

CLEANING – We can provide your Algarve property with all levels of cleaning services, general house clearance, garages, windows and patios & terraces.

DECORATING – Recommendation of interior and exterior decorators and obtain competitive quotations.

ELECTRICAL – Qualified electricians will be arranged on your behalf.

FURNISHING – We offer a complete or part furnishing package to suit your Algarve property requirements.

GARDEN - We can ensure that your preferred contractor provide the service as per their contract or alternatively arrange a good and reliable contractor at a competitive price.

INSPECTION – It is important to have your Algarve property regularly checked in case of break in, leaks, mildew etc.

INVENTORY – For Algarve rental property we strongly recommend that you have an inventory before your guests arrive. Please note that the complete inventory cannot be checked after each guest’s departure.

KEY HOLDING – A safety facility to ensure your property keys are not in the hands of various persons and a simple service to ensure your visitors have controlled access to your Algarve property.

LAUNDRY – Collection, control and delivery of your linen and towels.

LOCAL AUTHORITIES – With our experience and local knowledge we can liaise with the local authorities regarding your Algarve property.

MAID SERVICE – Daily, weekly or monthly maid service can be arranged to your preference.

MAINTENANCE – We can arrange for small maintenance to be taken care of and ensure that the works are completed satisfactorily.

MEET & GREET – Airport, office or at the door, a pleasant way for you and your guests to be met on arrival in Algarve.

POOL – We can ensure that your preferred contractor provide the service as per their contract or alternatively arrange a good and reliable contractor at a competitive price.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Extension, renovation or complete build, we will oversee the works and regularly report back to you on progress.

RENTALS – We will manage your rental bookings to ensure happy holidays for your guests.

SERVICE PROVIDERS – We can arrange for items such as telephone, adsl installations or any other features you wish to have added to your Algarve property.
